How important it is to be serious

How important it is to be serious
SOFIA - Bulgarian Army Theater, 98 Rakovski Street
Oscar Wilde liked to repeat:

“Art is the only serious thing in the world, and the artist is the only person who is never serious.”

“The Importance of Being Earnest” is Wilde’s most brilliantly entertaining comedy.

The plot revolves around the romantic entanglements of two young aristocratic couples. In pursuit of love, they rush headlong through comic misunderstandings and absurd obstacles.

All participants in this unserious game about serious matters are witty, charming, and full of a cheerful zest for life and happiness. An elegant whim of chance, playfully toying with love… A performance that will give you the pleasure of a glass of champagne—intoxicating and playful.
