I. Scope and General Provisions
Art. 1. (1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the activities carried out by “KUPI BILETI BG” EOOD (hereinafter referred to for brevity as “kupibileti.bg”) in the field of the purchase and sale of tickets for events, concerts, performances, theatre productions, sports events, etc. (hereinafter referred to for brevity as “Events”) by electronic means through an electronic platform (hereinafter referred to for brevity as the “Platform”). They regulate the procedure, method and conditions for purchasing and using tickets for the Events, using the Platform and its services, as well as other general provisions.
(2) These GTC enter into force as of the moment of their publication on the Platform website.
(3) By purchasing a ticket via kupibileti.bg, its holder agrees to these GTC and undertakes to comply with them.
(4) kupibileti.bg reserves the right to amend the GTC whenever it deems necessary, with the respective amendment entering into force upon publication of the amended GTC on the Platform website.
(5) Before reserving or purchasing a ticket for an event, individuals must themselves check the current version and familiarize themselves with these GTC, which form an integral part of the contract for the purchase and sale of a ticket by electronic means.
(6) Acceptance of these GTC is a condition for purchasing tickets for Events through the kupibileti.bg platform.
(7) If you have questions related to a specific Event or to the conditions the Event organizer requires you to accept, you should address your inquiries directly to the Event organizer.

II. Information About the Merchant

Art. 2. (1) Owner and operator of the Platform is “KUPI BILETI BG” EOOD, a limited liability company registered with the Registry Agency under UIC: 205210570, with registered office and management address: Sofia (Capital) Province, Stolichna Municipality, Sofia, Triaditsa District, postcode 1414, Bulgaria Square 1, NDK, entrance A3.

III. Event Organizers

Art. 3. (1) The Events for which tickets are sold electronically through the Platform are organized by third parties different from the ticket seller kupibileti.bg. These third parties (hereinafter referred to for brevity as “Organizers”) are obliged to provide ticket holders with access to the respective Event and are responsible for the timely holding of the Event and the promised quality of the entertainment service.
(2) The Organizers determine the venue and time of the Event, the ticket price and all other characteristics and conditions under which the Event will take place, including conditions for potential changes in participants in festivals, including headliners, price changes, as well as changes related to the date, time and venue of an event and the method of notifying customers of such changes.
(3) If the Organizer fails to fulfill its obligations in relation to an Event, including if the Organizer cancels the event, the Organizer is directly responsible to the persons who purchased tickets for compensation and for refunding the amounts paid (see Part VIII “Event cancellation. Refund of the paid price”).
(4) The Organizer assigns to kupibileti.bg the distribution and sale of tickets for the respective Event, and in selling the tickets kupibileti.bg acts in the name and on behalf of the respective Organizer under a ticket sales assignment agreement between the Organizer and “KUPI BILETI BG” EOOD.
(5) The name of the Organizer of the respective Event and its registered office and management address are published on www.kupibileti.bg in the description of the respective event. The Organizer’s name, UIC, management address and email are also printed on the event ticket.
(6) kupibileti.bg is not liable in cases where the user has not managed to learn about a postponed/canceled or modified event by the organizer and/or has missed the deadlines indicated by the organizer for ticket returns.
(7) kupibileti.bg is only an intermediary in the sale of the ticket and bears no responsibility for refunding the admission fee. Organizers determine where and how an event will be held, what ticket prices will be and under what conditions amounts for purchased tickets will be refunded. Organizers reserve the right to change some participants, including headliners, make price changes, as well as changes related to date, time and venue - in such cases users will be notified in advance by email.
(8) A reserved seat is held until the event start time. After that, seating is carried out subject to availability.

IV. Tickets

Art. 4. (1) The ticket contains the following information - Event name, date and start time of the Event, ticket price, the sector/row/seat selected by the attendee, information and data about the Organizer, and a QR code specific to the respective Event and ticket.
(2) Do not provide a copy of your tickets or photos of them to third parties, as on the day of the event entry will be allowed only with the first successfully scanned ticket with a QR code. kupibileti.bg and the Organizer bear no responsibility if a third party has obtained a copy of the ticket, regardless of how it was obtained.
(3) Up to 10 tickets may be ordered in a single order.
(4) By entering their email and phone number in the order, the user agrees to receive electronic messages or promo codes for discounts on ticket prices for current or future events, including via Viber.
(5) The start time printed on the event ticket is determined by the event organizer and Kupи Билети БГ bears no responsibility for the actual time the event begins or when a performing artist appears, and is not responsible for holding or organizing the event.
(6) By entering their email for an event in PRE-ORDER (expression of interest), the user agrees to receive a notification when tickets go on sale. Submitting the request does not bind kupubileti.bg to provide the requested number of seats for sale, nor to guarantee that the number of tickets will be available. The request grants a right to priority information when tickets go on sale.

V. Ticket Order and Payment Methods

Art. 5. (1) Users of the website may browse and purchase tickets for Events through the Platform by submitting an electronic request using the order module and following the purchase steps.
(2) All prices in the online store are stated in euros and include all taxes and fees, except bank fees for completed transactions, delivery price and cash on delivery fee. The total value of tickets, cash on delivery value, fixed delivery price of 5 euros, and total order price are calculated on separate lines, and bank fees are at the user’s expense according to the terms of their bank.
(3) By placing an order for a ticket through the Platform, the customer makes a declaration for concluding a contract for purchasing a ticket by electronic means within the meaning of the Electronic Commerce Act. This declaration is binding on the customer and the order cannot be refused or modified.
(4) After successful submission of the request, the customer receives an email from kupibileti.bg confirming receipt of the declaration for concluding the contract.
(5) Tickets are sent to the email address specified by the user after successful payment of the order and the tickets.
(6) The Platform is not liable for unsuccessfully received emails, including order confirmation emails or payment confirmation emails, where the user has provided an incorrect email address or an email address hosted on a work/corporate mail server.
(7) For each purchase of an electronic ticket, an administrative fee is charged per ticket, clearly indicated in the ordering steps, in the amount of 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 euros per ticket. The administrative fee is individual for each event and is clearly indicated in the ticket purchase steps.
(8) The administrative fee is non-refundable regardless of the circumstances leading to a ticket return (event cancellation, postponement, change of time, artist or other).

Art. 6. (1) Ordered tickets may be paid by the customer as follows:

Cash on delivery - the amount due for the selected tickets + 2.90% of the value of the purchased tickets is paid to the courier upon delivery of the tickets to the address specified by the customer. The receipt you receive from the courier upon delivery of the order is equivalent to a cash receipt. For issued invoices, the receipt received upon delivery is attached to it.

Debit/credit card - You may pay with a bank card issued by a Bulgarian or foreign bank, as well as directly with ApplePay and GooglePay, with the transaction currency being euro. Accepted cards: MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY. To identify you as the cardholder, the e-commerce payment server of our обслужваща bank supports the verification schemes of the international card organizations - Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode.
2.2. The data you must enter are: card number, CVV - three-digit security code on the back of the card, expiry date, cardholder name. Your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if it is registered to participate in the online verification schemes Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. The maximum transaction amount is 5000 euros. kupibileti.bg does not store card data of its customers who have shopped online and paid by debit or credit card.
(2) In case of loss or destruction of a paper ticket, you may print it again. For this purpose, go to your email address where you previously received the ticket - the link to the ticket will be active. Reuse of a ticket for entry to an Event is not permitted.
(3) Upon an order placed by the customer, kupibileti.bg reserves the selected seats for 30 minutes.
(4) If payment by card is selected, payment may be made within 30 minutes.
(5) If the selected payment method is cash on delivery and the amount due is not paid to the courier within 7 days from placing the order with the selected payment and delivery method “Pay cash on delivery upon receipt”, the ticket purchase is canceled and kupibileti.bg’s obligation to hold the selected seats and to deliver/hand over the ordered tickets terminates.
(6) A successfully paid electronic ticket is sent to the email address specified by the user.

The option to purchase a ticket with “Cash on delivery” is available up to 22 days before the event date.

Virtual Wallet and Installment Purchases

General provisions:

“ART EURO” are virtual bonus points credited when a purchased ticket is canceled.

“ART EURO” virtual bonus points may be used only to acquire tickets for other events. Use may cover the full price or part of it. The user may pay the remaining balance using the payment and delivery methods of KUPIBILETI.

When selecting installment purchase, an additional service fee is charged, expressed as a percentage of the ticket value - 5% or 10% depending on the selected period.

A purchased ticket may be exchanged for ART EURO bonus points only by users who have registered according to the procedure on kupibileti.bg.

ART EURO cannot be withdrawn or converted into euros and can be spent only when ordering tickets through the wallet.

1. Wallet
1.1. To use the Wallet service, you must create an account with a current email and password. A confirmation and activation link is sent to the provided email. After confirmation, each user can access the account by entering the registered email address and password. Each user must store their access data responsibly and must not distribute or share them with third parties. Kupibileti.bg is not liable for purchases, ticket cancellations in the wallet, use of other functionalities, etc., when performed by third parties who have gained unauthorized access to the platform account.
1.1.1. After successful registration and login, the user may personally return tickets electronically up to 14 days before the event date. The return deadline differs for each event, and kupibileti.bg reserves the right, without notice, to change the deadline upon the organizer’s instructions, with the applicable deadline at any moment being determined by the organizer of the specific event. The value of the tickets accumulates and is displayed in the wallet as virtual ART EURO points.
1.2. Fees and the price of successfully purchased ticket insurance remain at the customer’s expense and are not refundable to the personal wallet.

ART EURO may be used to purchase tickets for other events or for partial payments on orders.

For each subsequent purchase from the Platform, the available ART EURO balance is used first in full; if insufficient, the purchase automatically continues and at the next step the remaining balance is paid using the payment methods on the site.

Buy in installments
4.1. The “Buy in installments” service is available to registered users with profiles on the site who purchase tickets above a certain value.
4.3. With the first installment, the administrative service fees, delivery and insurance are paid, and the remaining amount is split into equal monthly installments depending on the selected or available term.
4.4. Installments are paid by card on a pre-defined due date determined at purchase. The user receives reminder emails before the due date as follows:

7 days before the due date;

on the due date;

2 days after non-payment, with a warning of order cancellation.
4.5. In case of order cancellation, the value of paid installments excluding fees and insurance is restored in the wallet as ART EURO.
4.6. ART EURO cannot be withdrawn or converted into euros and can be spent only when ordering tickets through the wallet.
4.7. Installment payment fees are 5% of the ticket value.

5. Registration and personal data protection
5.1. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
5.2. The website collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy.

6. Changes to the general terms
6.1. The website kupibiletі.bg reserves the right to change these general terms at any time, without an obligation to notify users in advance.

7. Liability
7.1. The website is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of our services.

8. The user confirms and agrees that the “ART EURO” bonus points are not real money and serve only for full or partial payment of a ticket for another event.
9. The user loses the right to accumulated bonus points in the virtual wallet if they are not spent within 365 days from the date they were credited to the wallet.
10. kupibileti.bg has the right to:

refuse user registration;

block access to the Platform for a user in case of suspected abuse;

refuse to credit ART EURO bonus points in case of software malfunction;

in case of suspected abuse or attempted abuse, kupibileti.bg may hold, refuse, or cancel any wallet movements of the user, and at any time and without warning deduct all positive ART EURO balances in the user’s wallet.
11. When returning tickets for ART EURO bonus points with purchased insurance, the insurance is automatically canceled and the paid insurance premium is not refundable.

Ticket Delivery

Art. 7. (1) Tickets ordered online through www.kupibileti.bg may be delivered to an address or an Econt office specified by the customer. A ticket may also be purchased from partner ticket offices in the kupibileti.bg network.
Tickets are delivered by courier within up to 7 working days from the order date when available payment methods are cash on delivery or prepayment of tickets and delivery fees by credit/debit card.
(3) The delivery period may be extended during weekends, official holidays, campaign periods, promotional activities, or other force majeure circumstances, and kupibileti.bg reserves the right to extend the stated periods by up to seven days.
(4) Each order is processed on the next business day.
(5) Tickets are delivered by the courier company “Econt Express”. Delivery is made to the exact address specified by the customer within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, excluding deliveries to Bulgarian diplomatic missions abroad, embassies, ships and aircraft under Bulgarian flag, etc. (which under international law are considered part of the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria).

VI. Ticket Cancellation Insurance

For your convenience, an option for ticket cancellation insurance is included.
The insurance will refund the ticket price if you cannot attend the event due to an insured risk under the Insurance General Terms. For additional information and details, please see the information document and data protection policy.

How does ticket cancellation insurance work?

VII. Requirement to Keep and Present Tickets. Rules for Holding Events

Art. 8. (1) Each visitor must keep their ticket until the Event ends.
(2) If leaving the hall during an event, re-entry is only upon presentation of the ticket. No refunds are provided for tickets stolen, lost or damaged by the customer.
(3) By purchasing a ticket, the visitor undertakes to comply with the internal rules established by the Organizer for the respective event. Breach of the internal rules and abuse of the ticket may be punished with a warning to leave the hall.
(4) kupibileti.bg warns that, as a rule, organizers’ internal rules prohibit the use of sound recording devices, cameras and video cameras during the Events.
(5) Ticket purchase, regardless of the purchase method, grants the holder the right to attend the selected Event from the Organizer’s program to which the ticket relates; by purchasing it, the holder agrees to these GTC and undertakes to comply with them.
(6) The ticket is presented for inspection before the Event in original form (together with a cash receipt when purchased from a ticket office) and with intact integrity and appearance.
(7) No duplicates are issued and no money is refunded for lost, stolen, damaged or forgotten tickets.
(8) When attending an event, the user agrees to the terms and conditions of the specific event imposed by the organizer.
(9) kupibileti.bg and the organizer do not guarantee that the purchased seat will be kept after the concert begins. In order not to disturb the event and audience comfort, late guests are seated in remaining available seats.

VIII. Refusal / Return of Purchased Tickets

Art. 9. (1) A purchased ticket cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged. Pursuant to Art. 57, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of Art. 50-56 regarding the consumer’s right of withdrawal from a distance contract within a 14-day period do not apply to the provision of services related to entertainment activities. Therefore, customers have no right of withdrawal from electronically purchased tickets for entertainment events.
(2) A purchased ticket may be exchanged for ART EURO bonus points only by users who have registered according to the procedure on kupibileti.bg. The exchange takes place within a deadline determined by the organizer before the event, after which the ticket cannot be exchanged for ART EURO points. Accumulated points may be used within 365 days only to purchase tickets for other events on kupibileti.bg. Paid fees, commissions and insurance price are non-refundable.
(3) The insurance is an integral part of your tickets. If you wish to return your tickets under para. 2, the insurance becomes invalid.

IX. Event Cancellation. Refund of Paid Price

Art. 10. (1) In case of cancellation or postponement of an event, kupibileti.bg bears no responsibility. The Organizer is responsible for refunding the amounts paid for tickets and compensating persons who have suffered damages due to cancellation. Cancellation constitutes non-performance by the Organizer of the obligation to provide the paid Event.
(2) The Organizer’s name, registered office and management address, UIC, phone number and email are published on www.kupibileti.bg in the description of the Event and on the ticket.
(3) In selling tickets, kupibileti.bg acts in the name and on behalf of the Organizer. kupibileti.bg has no obligations regarding organizing Events and their timely holding and is not responsible for the quality of the entertainment service. kupibileti.bg is not liable where the user has not learned about a postponed/canceled/modified event and/or has missed the deadlines indicated by the organizer for refunds.
(4) kupibilleti.bg is not liable for non-received notification emails about changes if the recipient mailbox is full, if the user has unsubscribed, if the message is rejected due to a corporate mailbox, or for other technical reasons.

The price of purchased tickets is refunded by kupibileti.bg only when the Organizer has assigned kupibileti.bg to perform the refund in the Organizer’s name and on the Organizer’s behalf, under conditions and procedure determined by the Organizer.
(5) If the Organizer has assigned kupibileti.bg to refund the paid ticket price, refunds are carried out under a procedure and within deadlines determined by the Organizer and announced on kupibileti.bg. In such cases, customers are refunded the amount printed on the face of the ticket, as follows:

The request must include:

Bank account in a bank operating in the Republic of Bulgaria and the full names of the account holder who made and paid the ticket order;
For foreign accounts an additional bank fee for international interbank payments will apply at the recipient’s expense!

Your order number (found in the order confirmation email) or the code found on the ticket;

Two names and a phone number for contact;

The email address entered when purchasing the tickets;

The canceled or postponed event for which you want a refund.

Ticket value is refunded after a request with all required data is sent, within up to 30 working days;

Orders paid by bank card via the vPOS portal are refunded to the card used;

Orders paid via EasyPay or Epay.bg are refunded to the provided bank account;

If you wish to return funds for part of the tickets in an order, partial refunds are possible;

Ticket value may also be returned as virtual ART EURO bonus points in your virtual wallet.

Tickets purchased from a ticket office are returned at the ticket office where purchased against presentation of the original fiscal receipt.

kupibileti.bg sells tickets in the name and on behalf of the organizer and is not responsible for the organization and/or holding of the event.

II. If you purchased a ticket from a ticket office - the ticket is valid without additional endorsement for the new event date.
If you wish to refuse, return the ticket with the original receipt to the ticket office where it was purchased.

(7) For tickets purchased via the Platform, the following paid by the customer are non-refundable: the administrative fee, delivery costs via courier services (cash on delivery fee and/or delivery fee), bank fees when paying by card, as these costs were charged for services already performed in connection with purchasing and delivering the tickets and are independent of the event.
(8) Purchased tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or moved to another date.
(9) The ticket holder may not claim a refund of the ticket value in cases where an announced performer does not take part, on the grounds that the ticket was purchased specifically due to that performer.
(10) The ticket holder may not claim reimbursement of any expenses incurred in connection with an event that did not take place, was canceled or interrupted for any reason (e.g. transport, accommodation, food, drinks, etc.).
(11) The paid administrative fee is non-refundable.

X. Liability of kupibileti.bg

Art. 11. (1) kupibileti.bg notes and the organizer agrees that kupibileti.bg bears no liability and has no right to determine the conditions and procedure for services accessible with tickets distributed by organizers, and is not responsible for ticket validity, cancellations, updates, etc.
(2) kupibileti.bg does not set event prices or conditions for providing Event services, does not allocate seats and does not set other criteria for providing services, is not responsible for the quality of event services, their content, occurrence and compliance with legal requirements, and provides no guarantees for such services.
(3) Event services are provided to buyers according to the organizers’ internal rules. Information about conditions and procedure for providing services accessible with purchased tickets is provided in the event description or via contact with the organizer.
(4) kupibileti.bg is not liable for Platform malfunction not caused by kupibileti.bg and does not compensate damages caused by such malfunction.
(5) In the presence of technical obstacles or other circumstances, Platform operation and the possibility to purchase tickets may be suspended or terminated.
(6) kupibileti.bg does not compensate damages related to purchased tickets or events.

XI. Access for Children

Art. 12. (1) When choosing a performance, persons must consider the time and statutory restrictions for accompanying persons under 18.
(2) On the basis of Art. 8, para. 3, 4 and 7 of the Child Protection Act and the Ordinance on specialized protection of children in public places, minors and underage visitors of public places, including events, must be accompanied by their parents, guardians, custodians or other adults caring for the child as follows:

persons under 14 years must be accompanied at events after 20:00;

persons aged 14 but under 18 must be accompanied at events after 22:00.
(3) When the accompanying adult is a person other than a parent/guardian/custodian, that person must present a consent declaration for the child’s attendance issued in the name of the accompanying adult and containing notarized signatures of the parents, respectively the guardians/custodians.
(4) Customers should consider that some Organizers may impose specific age restrictions. Due to content, a normative act may prohibit admission under a certain age. When purchasing tickets for underage visitors, the customer must check in advance with the Organizer whether minors are admitted.
(5) Children under 3 years of age are not admitted.
(6) Children up to and including 7 years enter without a ticket if they do not use a separate seat.

XII. Access for People with Disabilities

Art. 13. (1) To ensure accessibility and favorable conditions, the Event organizer strives to provide the easiest possible access for people with disabilities, as far as the venue allows.
(2) People with disabilities and/or their companions may seek assistance from the venue staff when needed, and may also obtain prior information from kupibileti.bg by sending an email to info@kupibileti.bg or calling 0884040400.

XIII. Access for Animals

Art. 14. (1) Animals are not allowed during Events except guide dogs accompanying people with disabilities. Staff may require a document - passport, card, certificate or other proving the dog’s guide status.
(2) Before purchasing a ticket, the person informs kupibileti.bg that they will be accompanied by a guide dog so that the most suitable seat can be selected. No ticket is paid for a guide dog.

XIV. Security at Events

Art. 15. (1) The Event organizer ensures security independently or jointly with third parties. Security guards carry an identification card with photo, distinctive sign and uniform, unless security functions are assigned to third parties and different provisions apply.
(2) Security powers include:

ensuring compliance with the organizer’s entry and exit regime, internal order and these GTC;

baggage checks, including with handheld metal detectors and walkthrough frames, checks of motor vehicles and/or cargo and accompanying documents;

checks for explosives, weapons and prohibited substances using technical means;

other actions in accordance with applicable law.
(3) The checks are carried out in a manner that does not undermine citizens’ honor and dignity.
(4) Persons who notice unusual behavior, unattended baggage, problems during a performance, etc. should immediately inform ushers or security.
(5) Spectators should familiarize themselves with the internal rules of the respective building/venue where the Event is held and other applicable internal acts.
(6) Bringing weapons, sharp objects, alcohol, narcotic and intoxicating substances, and any other items prohibited by law or presenting a risk is not allowed.
(7) Bringing food and beverages is prohibited.
(8) Security guards may remove from the hall any visitor at their discretion.

XV. Consent to Filming

Art. 16. (1) By accepting these GTC, customers give their consent to be filmed during television broadcast of the event by all technical means, and recordings made during or in connection with the Event may be used free of charge, without time and place limitation.

XVI. Personal Data Protection

Art. 17. (1) kupibileti.bg is registered as a personal data controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act and, in performance of its legal obligations, takes the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect data from accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure, and other unlawful processing.
(2) By accepting these GTC, customers consent to kupibileti.bg collecting, processing and storing the personal data provided by them and using it for the purposes of performing the concluded ticket purchase contracts.
(3) Personal data processing in connection with the merchant’s activity is fully compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and KUPIBILETI’s Personal Data Protection Policy.

XVII. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

Art. 18. (1) Users have access to out-of-court procedures for resolving disputes with the assistance of alternative dispute resolution bodies.
(2) General conciliation commissions are competent for disputes related to the purchase of online tickets. You can contact them at: General conciliation commissions.

Art. 19. (1) In the event of a dispute between the merchant and a consumer, the parties shall make all necessary and reasonable efforts and actions to resolve it through negotiations and mutual concessions. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be referred to the competent authority.

XVIII. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Art. 20. kupibileti.bg is not responsible for the validity and authenticity of tickets purchased at a place other than the Platform (www.kupibileti.bg) and partner ticket offices in the kupibileti.bg network. kupibileti.bg advises customers to purchase tickets only from authorized ticket offices or through www.kupibileti.bg.
(2) Under no circumstances may customers be charged a higher price than the amount indicated on the face of the ticket.

Art. 21. kupibileti.bg warns that due to the volume at Events there is a risk of hearing or other health damage.

Art. 22. (1) Acceptance of these GTC by the customer makes them an integral part of the contract for purchase of tickets by electronic means, concluded between kupibileti.bg and the customer through the purchase of tickets via www.kupibileti.bg.
(2) For all matters not regulated by these GTC, the provisions of applicable Bulgarian law apply.

Art. 23. The website www.kupibileti.bg is a virtual information resource created in accordance with the regulatory framework of the Republic of Bulgaria.
(2) The kupibileti.bg website is publicly accessible.
(3) The services and the way the website is displayed are dynamic and may be supplemented and changed at any time for improvement and convenience or due to changes in applicable legislation, without an obligation to notify customers.

Art. 24. (1) kupibileti.bg is not responsible for the availability of internet connectivity and the quality of users’ internet connection, nor whether the website is accessible and functioning at every moment.
(2) kupibileti.bg is not liable for problems in service provision arising from unsuitable or faulty equipment and software of persons accessing the website.

Art. 25. (1) The website may contain links to other websites, as well as advertising banners, panels, etc. for commercial purposes, social networks and platforms.

Art. 26. By accepting these GTC, the user agrees to receive commercial communications about discounts, marketing campaigns, events and others.

Art. 27. In case of discrepancy between the Bulgarian-language GTC and translated versions, the Bulgarian version shall prevail.
