After a strong debut earlier this year, EFA Championship is preparing an even bigger edition in 2026.

On 3 October, ELITE FIGHTING ARENA 2 will treat combat sports fans to a new venue and an even more promising fight card.

The EFA 2 gala will take place at Asics Arena in Sofia, with the action getting under way at 20:00.

The card features 11 bouts under kickboxing and Muay Thai rules, with Bulgarian and international fighters at world level.

The main event of the evening pits Martin Koprivlenski against Moroccan Glory fighter Ilyass Chakir. The fight will be contested under K-1 rules in the 83.9 kg division, over 5 rounds of 3 minutes.Young Bulgarian star Martin Koprivlenski is the first champion in EFA history — in the debut edition in March he defeated Spain's Valentino Valente by split decision (2:1).

3 October also brings a second title fight with Bulgarian involvement. WKN European kickboxing champion and 12-time Bulgarian national champion Simeon Nakovski will contest the belt in the 63.5 kg division. Nakovski, who has also won titles in the British MTGP series and in Bulgaria's MAX FIGHT, will learn the name of his opponent shortly.

He is a W5 champion, a GLORY competitor and a representative of the legendary Mike's Gym.

Silviu Vitez vs Riccardo Cristiani

Across the ring stands Italy's Riccardo "Batman" Cristiani, a man with a point to prove. With 35 bouts behind him and a record of 25–5–5 (6 KOs), he has been forged on some of the toughest stages in Europe and Asia — YOKKAO, MAX Muay Thai and Thai Boxe Mania.
